● 2000  The hydraulic pressure division separated from original company to establish Shanghai Cosure Hydraulic Assembly Co.,Ltd specialized in the design and manufacturing of hydraulic assembly equipment. 
 

● 2003   In order to develop international business, Shanghai Cosure International Trading Co., Ltd. was founded focusing on import and export of mechanical products. 
 

● 2004  Established Shanghai Kefu Hydraulic Technology Co.,ltd,And associated with aviation & aeronautics universities established Shanghai Cosure Electro-hydraulic Servo technology Research Institute so as to improve the R&D of hydraulic servo products.
 

● 2007 The subsidiary of Cosure consolidated to establish Cosure Group formally.Cosure reorganized to establish Cosure Group, that is Shanghai Cosure Enterprise Development Co., Ltd.
