1、Product Introduction

 The internal gear pump of conjugate straight-tooth developed by our company is a new internal gear pump, whose tooth profile of pinion is straight so it is called internal gear pump of conjugate straight-tooth. But the tooth profile of annular gear matched with pinion is the conjugate tooth profile that meshed with straight -tooth.
  Now there are 5 series and 45 models for this gear pump. Its displacement ranges from 5.4mL/r to 249.9mL/r; pressure from 6.3MPa to 32MPa; rotation rate from 1000r/min to 1500r/min. Our products are widely used in engineering machinery, metallurgy machinery, plastic injection machinery, marine installation, metal-working machine, vehicle engineering, rubber machinery, hydraulic engineering, aerospace and other fields. Due to its low noise level, stable operation, our product has greatly improved the performance of hydraulic system and is widely welcomed by our users.

The following is gears mesh diagram in which the internal gear with straight tooth profile and external gear ring with its conjugate profile mesh with each other. It is seen clearly that tooth profile of internal gear is a straight line and tooth profile of external gear ring is a conjugate curve of straight line.

2、Application 、Structure and Principle

This kind of pump has outstanding performance and extremely low working noise level, even to 53dB. It is named as quiet pump. The output pressure can be divided into three grades: high pressure, middle pressure and low pressure. (See technical parameter). The pump also has extremely small fluctuation with little trapping and high injection capacity; and also good abrasion-resistance and long service life.

Oil-in and Oil Outlet Relative Position Note:

1、According to customer’s requirement, inlet and outlet has several types of layout :( See picture below)
2、Inlet and outlet placed in the same plane, as the relative position is 0°，we can use number “1” to indicate; based on this, seen form axle head inlet is in a unchangeable fixed position and outlet position rotate 90° in clockwise, which can be indicated by number “2”. And so forth, number “3” indicates the relative position 180°as well as number “4” indicates the relative position 270°．
3、Pump has been well adjusted at oil inlet and oil outlet relative position when deliver according to the user’s need, users will not be allowed to change the oil inlet and oil outlet position.
