1、Product Introduction

BCYD is pre-piloted electro-hydraulic proportion change valve through the proportional electromagnet to drive the pre-piloted valve spool to work.This valve through the electric amplifier provides the piloted valve proportional electromagnet drive current.Based on the size of the electric signal and direction ,it provides direction control and non-pressure compensation flow control.

The main valve body of BCYD serial electro-hydraulic proportion change valve is composed of four spool land sliding in the five working cavity.The pre-piloted valve is a double proportional three-way proportional pressure rducing valve through the pressure variation in main ends to ontrol the spool continuous sliding in the two main valve cavity,realizing the direction control and non-lineral change.TO compensate the flow fluctuation caused by load fluctation,stacked pressure compensation flow control can be used to keep the stable pressure difference electro-hydraulic proportional change valve.

This type of the electro-hydraulic proportion change valve mainly includes NG10,NG16 and NG25 these three type.Once NG32 needed,please feel free to contact for custom model.
