Using the industrial computer, the simulating platform's data of destination (such as center point in air) is entered with coordinate on the axes X,Y,Z and the angles α、β、γ and the computer will calculate out each servo hydraulic cylinder's displacement automatically and then, moving to destination's posture subjecting to the controller at position's close loop of settled speed The system is equipped with high powered servo motion controller for meeting the quick moving of simulator.
The servo motion controller is the center of simulating platform's contolling system which is used for the special comtroller aiming at SFAWARD with high performance's instant close loop control and integrated with the quick adopting of analog amount, high speed processor of data and DA port.
Servo motion controller consist of comparatively independent six group of controlling loop and each one constituted by positon's controlling close loop to form a controlling system of quick precise digital close loop with linear displacement censor, servo proportion valve and servo hydraulic cylinder, so as to make the servo cylinder's deviation of controlling posture whthin.1mm.
